Group Registration
Would you like to take on the challenge with colleagues, friends or clubmates? Register as a group.
Group registrations with joint collection are available for groups of 10 or more and can be submitted until Sunday 7 February 2027 at 23:59.
For groups of fewer than 10 people, individual collection applies. These registrations can also be submitted until Sunday 7 February 2027 at 23:59.
Please note: different conditions apply to group registrations and individual registrations. Please read all the guidelines carefully in advance.
Group registration instructions
- For a group registration with joint collection, your group must consist of at least 10 people. If there are fewer than 10 participants, you can still register as a group, but each group member must collect their participant pack individually.
- Group registrations can only be completed through the official online registration module. Excel files or other documents will not be accepted.
- Online registration process: first create a group using the registration form. After registering, you will receive your group name and group code by email. Using this code and your chosen password, you can manage the group, add or remove participants, and track the registration. Only the group coordinator can validate participants. You may add as many participants as you wish.
- Registrations can be collected as one combined pack or individually. Clearly indicate your choice during registration. If you choose joint collection, only the group coordinator may collect all packs. For individual collection, each participant will receive a separate confirmation email with all the information needed to collect their race bib.
- Once your group is complete, the group coordinator must pay for the entire group. Registrations are only confirmed once the group has been submitted and paid for. Once the group has been closed, NO FURTHER CHANGES can be made. Changes will then only be possible on site at the registration desk, subject to an administrative fee of €5 per change.
T-shirt Besox Halve van Oostende
When registering, you can order a technical long-sleeved T-shirt for the Besox Halve van Oostende 2027.
The design is still being created and will be revealed soon. Visit our social media channels to see last year’s shirt.
As last year, it will be a 100% polyester long-sleeved shirt and will once again cost just € 29.90.
Change of distance or name
Name changes are required to ensure that participants are insured.
Individual participants can change their distance or name free of charge until Thursday 25 February 2027 via info@golazo.com.
After that date, changes will only be possible on site at the registration desk on Saturday 27 or Sunday 28 February 2027, subject to a small fee:
Name change: €5
Distance change: depends on the current and new distance. Switching to a shorter distance is free. For a longer distance, the price difference will be charged.
If a distance is sold out, changes to that distance will no longer be possible.
