Group Registration
Would you like to participate with your colleagues, friends or family? Create a group and add participants until 11:59 p.m. on 19 January 2026.
Group registration instructions
- Name changes can only be made at the registration desk on 8 February and are necessary to ensure that participants are insured. An administration fee of €5 per change will be charged on site.
- For a group registration with group collection, you must have at least 10 people. If there are fewer than 10 participants, you can still register as a group, but each group member must collect their participant pack individually.
- Group registrations can only be made via the official online registration module. Excel sheets and similar are not accepted.
- Online registration procedure: you must first create a group in the registration form. You will then receive an email with the group name and your group code. With this code and the password you have chosen (don’t forget it!), you can manage the group at any time. You can then add and remove participants. Only the group leader can validate participants. You can add as many participants to your group as you wish.
- Registrations can be collected as a single package (all together) or individually. Please indicate this clearly on the registration form. If you choose to collect everything together, this can only be done by the group leader. In the case of individual collection, all participants will receive a separate confirmation email with all the information they need to collect their number.
- When your group is complete, the group leader must pay for the entire group. Registrations are only confirmed once the group has been submitted and paid for. Once your group has been finalised, NO CHANGES can be made to your group. Changes to your group can then only be made on site at the registration stand. There is an administration fee of €5 per change.

Change of distance or name
Once you have registered, you will receive an e-ticket after payment. With this e-ticket, you can collect your bib number on Sunday 8 February.
Name and distance changes can be made online until Friday 6 February (4:30 p.m.). On Sunday 8 February, you can also make a name or distance change on site, but there is a charge for this.
- Name change: €5
- Distance change: depending on the current and new distance
Those who have registered as part of a group (school, company or association) that has opted for a group package cannot collect their bib number in person, but must contact the group leader. This person will be responsible for collecting and distributing the bib numbers for the entire group.
