Fitness Running Test
Het motiveert me! Als zeer recreatieve, beginnende (niet meer zo jonge) sporter is het dankzij de goede uitleg en het haalbare schema dat ik het lopen nog niet opgegeven heb. In tegendeel: het motiveert me om elke week 3 keer te trainen!
Analyse lichaamssamenstelling (DXA)
Je krijgt goede uitleg over wat alle waarden betekenen, en een goed inzicht over hoe je lichaam is samengesteld. Ik vond het zeer interessant om alle percentages zwart op wit te zien. Ook heel vriendelijk ontvangen, zeer aangename sfeer. Je krijgt ook goeie tips over hoe je je vetpercentage naar beneden kan halen. Zeker een aanrader als je bewuster wilt zijn over je lichaam.
Start 2 Run
De ideale app voor beginnende lopers, met deze app leer je in 30 lessen 5km lopen aan één stuk! Daarna zijn er verschillende reeksen om op te bouwen naar grotere afstanden of betere snelheden! Je kan deze koppelen met strava zo komen je prestaties ook daar automatisch tevoorschijn! Tevens krijg je handige tips & tricks van opwarming tot voedingsadvies!
